The Profile page provides information about your user account and provides the ability to change your password. The page is available from the user icon (mceclip7.png) and clicking the submenu item Profile.

📄️ User Management

Found within the Security menu, which is where the system administrator creates and manages users, user groups, and the assignment of components to groups, the User Management screen is dedicated to managing all aspects of individual users.

📄️ Group Management

Found within the Security menu, which is where the system administrator creates and manages users, user groups, and the assignment of components to groups, the Group Management screen is dedicated to creating and managing all aspects of user groups.

📄️ Using the sharing options of apps and resources

As of Syntasa 5.2, it is possible to create user groups to collect users that belong to a team or are collaborating on a project. The creation of user groups enables owners of apps and resources, e.g. connections, stores, and runtimes, to choose what group(s) have access to the app and/or resource.
